Vibration Monitor
The Vibration Monitoring Sensor Module is designed to detect and log mechanical vibrations from industrial pumps and rotating machinery. Leveraging the MXC4005XC MEMS accelerometer, this daughterboard enables real-time vibration analysis, allowing for predictive maintenance, anomaly detection, and extended equipment lifespan. The module interfaces seamlessly with the existing Single Node system infrastructure. The sensor uses an RS485 interface and Modbus protocol, allowing for robust communication and simplified system integration. The Single Node acts as the Modbus master, enabling reliable networking with minimal overhead.
