Customer Support Terms and Condition

To Initiate Customer Service With Extreme Endeavors

A written request must be performed that describes the problem needing resolved or the tasking requested. It must also state that you request Extreme Endeavors to perform the customer support tasking and that you confirm and understand that you will be billed for that work in accordance with Extreme Endeavors billing policy.

Send a Test message to 469-457-2800 and give a brief description of the assistance you need.  You will be provided a link and prompted if you agree to our terms and conditions.  This support request will then be distributed to the correct people at Extreme Endeavors.  Should this be after hours or an emergency, please follow up with a phone call.

We Understand that sometimes you find yourself in those situations where grabbing a piece of paper is much easier, we will gladly accept a hand written, signed request for us to initiate work.

Who Can Request Services From Extreme Endeavors

Only people on file as registered in an agreement with the Customers Management can activate a Service Request. Prior to accepting any letter, Extreme Endeavors will have on file who (first, last name and email address) is able to authorize the assignment of billable work to Extreme Endeavors.
