All terms and conditions agreed upon between General Services Administration and Extreme Endeavors are as follows:

3. Pricing :

   Extreme Endeavors prices are for “contractor site” only

4. Escalation Rate :

   An escalation rate has been applied to year two through ten.

5. Prompt Payment Discount :

   0.5% net 10 days

6. Quantity / Dollar Volume Discounts :

   For orders over $500,000, an additional 0.25% discount will apply.

7. Minimum Order :

   $100.00

8. Maximum Order :

   $750,000.00 Requirements exceeding the Maximum Order will be processed in accordance with Clause I-FSS-125.

9. FOB Point :

   Destination

10. Government Commercial Credit Card :

    Extreme Endeavors does not accept the Government Commercial Credit Card for orders in excess of $3,000.00

11. Travel Costs :

    Travel costs will be charged in accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulation 31.205-46

12. Labor Hour Recording, Billing and Tracking System :

    Extreme Endeavors has an adequate and auditable labor hour recording and billing system capable of fully supporting labor hour invoices. Therefore, this firm is approved to accept labor hour task orders from the ordering agencies under this contract.

13. Contract Types :

    Firm fixed prices, time and material, labor hours and Level-of-Effort task orders are         acceptable under this contract.

14. Economic Price Adjustment Clause 552.216-70 (Alternate (1 SEP 99) :

    The Economic Price Adjustment Clause is not applicable. Prices include an escalation factor.

15. Price Reduction (Clause 552.238-76 Sep 1999)  :

    Greer Industries has been identified as the Most Favorable Customer in the CSP Documentation, dated March 23, 2009, in the contract file. For Price Reduction purposes under Clause 552.238-75, Price Reductions, the Most Favored Customer (MFC) is identified as Greer Industries and GSA PES contract prices are 13% below prices charged the MFC customer.

16. Security Clearances :

    None.

17. Scope of Work :

    Worldwide

18. Disclosure :

    This contract shall only be used for the services listed and not for IT services as defined in FAR Part 35 and Part 36. Inappropriate use of the contract for other than Professional Engineering Services may subject the contractor/agency to penalties priced by statute and regulation.

19. Other Direct Costs (ODCs) :

    None proposed. Any ODCs  that exceed $2,500 must be competitively procured.
